Suzuki to open four biogas plants in India

1. Suzuki plans to build four biogas refineries in India, operational by 2025. The plants will convert cattle manure into biomethane, each producing 1.2 tonnes daily, enough to power 680 cars.
2. This initiative targets regions with inadequate electric vehicle charging infrastructure, offering gas-powered cars as a viable alternative. Suzuki aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to carbon neutrality through this biogas initiative.
