- BCL Industries will acquire Goyal Distillery in Haryana to establish a 250 KLPD ethanol plant and 20 MTPD biogas plant.
- The projects will use 250 MT of paddy straw daily and increase BCL’s capacity to 1,100 KLPD.
- Estimated at ₹350 crore, the plants are expected to be completed within 20 months.
