Fulcrum Digital extends scope for AI platform to reduce food wastage

• IT firm Fulcrum Digital has extended the scope of its newly launched artificial intelligence (AI) platform ‘ryze’ for reducing food wastage by its customers by including features such us proper tracking of inventory and customer behaviour.

• The AI platform will be able to scan through the data to provide solutions to manage the food inventory in a better way. The company has estimated that the AI platform will be able to reduce food wastage by 4-6% for its clients from sectors such as airlines, restaurants, hospitals corporate, jails assisted living and cruises.
